Production & Dispatch Times
All items are 7 working days. Whether it's a stock garment or custom DTF print, every order — from placement to dispatch — is completed within 7 working days (Mon–Fri). We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our unit.
Delivery Coverage
UK Mainland
England, Wales and most of Scotland — standard rates apply. Next-day service available to almost all postcodes.
Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland
Delivery to AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, ZE, IM, BT and Channel Islands postcodes may take 1–2 extra working days and incur a surcharge of £6–£15 depending on weight. We'll confirm before processing your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship across the UK only. For European or international bulk orders pleasecontact our trade team for a custom quote. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local fees.
Important Information
- Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
- Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery.
- Please check your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
- Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless faulty — see our terms for details.
