Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you buy from BizBranding. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

These terms govern the supply of products from BizBranding ("we", "us", "our") to you ("customer", "you"). We are a business based in the United Kingdom at Unit 3, 2 Square St, Bradford BD4 7NP. You can reach us at info@bizbranding.co.uk or 01274 010737.

2. These Terms

By placing an order through our website you agree to be bound by these terms, ourPrivacy Policy and any specific terms displayed at checkout. We may update these terms from time to time — the version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3. Placing an Order

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • By submitting an order you make an offer to buy the products selected. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • If we cannot accept your order (for example because an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error) we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
  • It is your responsibility to make sure that the information you provide is accurate, including delivery addresses, sizing and artwork.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.
  • Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown to you before you commit.
  • Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our secure payment partner (Stripe). We do not store full card details.
  • If a price is obviously incorrect (e.g. a typo), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

5. Custom Print & Personalised Items

Many of our products can be personalised with logos, names or designs. Because these items are made to your specification:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, names, numbers, logos or text you supply.
  • You confirm that you own — or have permission to use — any logos, trademarks or copyrighted material you provide. We will not knowingly print infringing material.
  • We may send digital proofs for approval. Production starts only after you approve the proof. Please check spelling, sizing and placement carefully.
  • Colours on your screen may differ slightly from printed results due to monitor calibration and fabric type.
  • Personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless they are faulty or not as described.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timeframes are set out on our Delivery Information page. We'll do our best to meet quoted timeframes but they aren't guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. If your order is more than 30 days late and we haven't agreed an alternative delivery date, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Cancellation & Returns (Consumer Rights)

Standard (non-personalised) items:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us, in their original unworn condition with tags attached.
  • We will refund the price of the goods plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving them back. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the items are faulty.

Personalised and custom-printed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described, because they have been made to your specification.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong:

  • Within 30 days of delivery you have the right to a full refund.
  • Up to 6 months you may request a repair or replacement; if that's not possible we'll refund you.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is visible damage so we can resolve it quickly.

9. Trade & Bulk Orders (Business Customers)

Where you buy from us in the course of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind the business to these terms. The Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contracts Regulations referenced above apply only to consumers; for trade orders, our liability, cancellation rights and warranties may be varied by separate written agreement. The exclusions in clause 11 apply in full to business customers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by or licensed to BizBranding and protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Customer-supplied artwork and logos remain the property of the customer; we use them only to fulfil your order.

11. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any loss arising from a contract with us is limited to the price you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity.

12. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where these are caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including extreme weather, strikes, courier failures, supplier shortages, fire, flood or government restrictions. In such cases we will contact you as soon as possible and agree an alternative.

13. Privacy & Cookies

Our use of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood it.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint please email info@bizbranding.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform atec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.

16. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
